My Not Enough Became More Than Enough
There was a season when I felt like what I had wasn’t enough to build on. I wanted to quit. At the time, I was working in customer service. The company only provided the basics of what we needed to do. So, unbeknownst to me, in all my early one-on-one meetings with my supervisor felt like an evaluation of all I was doing wrong. I carried discouragement and shame, convinced I wasn’t cut out for more.
But when I finally went to God, He gave me a system. Instead of striving, I slowed down and followed His steps. I studied between calls, built confidence in small things, and before long, management noticed.
I became faithful in that “small” role — and within 60 days, I was promoted to coach, training others with the same system God had given me. That little “not enough” became the foundation for leadership, multiplication, and even financial increase. God showed me: He doesn’t multiply my dreams—He multiplies what I put in His hands.
Why Spiritual Warfare Matters Here
When God calls you to steward what’s in your hands, the enemy often fights hardest in that exact place. Why? Because stewardship is the seed of multiplication. If he can convince you your “small” isn’t enough, he can stop you before you ever see growth.
- Attacks often come as pressure or discouragement – thoughts like “you’re behind,” “you don’t have enough,” or “what you’re building doesn’t matter.”
- Comparison is a common tactic – the enemy wants you distracted by someone else’s harvest so you despise your seed.
- Weariness and striving are spiritual battles – when you feel like giving up, it’s often because you’re taking territory, and the enemy wants to tire you out.
Stewardship + Warfare Key Insight
Faithfulness in the small is not just a discipline — it’s warfare. Every act of obedience in “small things” is a strike against the enemy’s lies that you are disqualified, late, or lacking.
This is why Luke 16:10 and Zechariah 4:10 matter so deeply: they’re not just about growth — they’re about victory. God rejoices when you start because your obedience signals defeat for the enemy. And this is your weapon-your obedience of discipline.
3 Keys to Stewarding What Feels Small
- Speak Life Over the Seed
Stop cursing your start. Proverbs 18:21 reminds us, “Life and death are in the power of the tongue.” Repent for calling your beginning “not enough,” and instead declare it as a seed in God’s hands.
- Build Systems Around What You Have
Stewardship is creating flow, order, and consistency. Start with one small action — write the outline for your course, schedule the planning session, or commit to one page of your book per day. Faithfulness in the small builds momentum.
- Stop Comparing Your Seed to Someone Else’s Fruit
Comparison steals your obedience. Zechariah 4:10 says, “Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.” Your provision may look small today, but it’s the beginning of multiplication tomorrow.

Your Next Step
Sis, if you’ve been feeling the pressure in this season of building—like what’s in your hands is too small, too messy, or not enough—you’re not crazy. That pressure is not just stress, it’s spiritual warfare trying to choke out your seed before it multiplies.
You don’t need to strive harder or carry the weight of figuring it out alone. What you need is clarity in your calling, alignment with your Kingdom identity, and a system that helps you build with peace instead of pressure.
That’s exactly why I created the Clarity & Calling™ E-Course. Inside, you’ll learn how to:
- Break agreement with the lies of “not enough.”
- Realign your heart and calling with God’s blueprint.
- Build from a healed, Kingdom-centered place instead of striving in burnout.
